2020 UAccess Symposium Sponsorship Opportunities
There are several levels of event sponsorship opportunities to best meet your organization’s budget, marketing needs, and desire to reach the University of Arizona business and financial communities with your message. We have limited space available on a first-come, first-served basis. The deadline for sponsorship submission is March 14, 2020. To secure sponsorship, click here to go to the UA Foundation website.

Gold Event Sponsor - $1,000The entire amount of your sponsorship is tax deductible.

Silver Event Sponsor - $750The entire amount of your sponsorship is tax deductible.

Bronze Event Sponsor - $500The entire amount of your sponsorship is tax deductible.
Sponsorship at this level does not include a designated display table. You may provide promotional materials, which we will include in the Symposium bag for you. |

Donation Instructions: Sponsor monetary donations are being accepted online only. The deadline for sponsorship submission is March 14, 2020.
- Go to: https://www.uafoundation.org/NetCommunity/events/uaccesssymposium
- Select Sponsorship Level and "Register as an Organization" to use corporate credit card.
- Enter company information and click Pay Now.
In accordance with IRS tax-deductible guidelines, donation amounts are tax-deductible.
Please note that refunds are not available and cannot be granted.
Deadlines and Artwork Specifications
- Submit vector art EPS and PNG logo files by March 21, 2020.
- Submit branded items/merchandise for distribution at Symposium by April 1, 2020. You may, of course, bring items with you for distribution at your display table.
- Please submit ALL digital materials to symposium@email.arizona.edu.
